What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Requests for suspension/cancellation with payment by direct debit must be made via phone/message/WhatsApp at 915 01 22 66 or email [email protected] (we do not guarantee receipt of contacts made through social networks), at least 15 days before the beginning of each month. Requests made after this date will be processed the following month. Cancellations/suspensions are only made for complete months. At the time of resumption, the full monthly fee will always apply.
Membership fees, enrollments, re-enrollments, renewals, or paid class packs are not refundable in case of withdrawal or expiration of the validity period as indicated in the current tariff, however, they can be transferred to another person.

If you've been banned from our booking site, it's important for you to know:
1. The downside: All future bookings are canceled.
2. The upside: You can still attend classes, but without a reservation, subject to availability.
3. Being banned from the booking system doesn't mean you're banned from the Studio; we're happy to see you just the same (and collect the monthly fee).
4. Why does this happen? It's due to not complying with our class attendance policies. If, in the last six months, you've missed class five times or canceled after the deadline, the system will automatically block your account. The deadline for canceling classes without penalty is 3 hours before class starts, and for classes starting at 11:30 am or earlier, it's 12 hours before class starts.
5. What to do? You should contact us as soon as possible, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. After verifying the information, we'll lift the block on your account, allowing you to schedule your classes normally again.
6. In the future, if an emergency arises and you need to cancel class, contact 915 01 22 66 or 937 56 00 35, or your instructor, and we'll cancel your reservation without any penalty.
7. Missed classes reset to zero every 6 months.
