HOW TO BOOK CLASSES:
1. Go to our online booking system studioup.isportsystem.com (it is in English and it is very simple!).
2. Click Login and New registration.
3. Fill in your information (the necessary one is marked with a red asterisk).
5. Click on Membership passes in the upper right corner, choose the class/pack/monthly fee you wish and follow the steps that appear on the screen to make the payment.
6. Click on the Timetable. Click on the class you wish to book. Click on Book.

If you cannot attend the class, please cancel your reservation in the system as soon as possible. Cancellations shall be done not less than 3 hours in advance, or 12 hours in case of classes starting at 11.30 AM or ealier. Non-attendance to the booked class, or cancellation after the limit period does not entitle you to any type of refund. Non-attendance to the booked class (in studio or online), or late cancellation (in studio) for 5 times will result in your suspension in the booking system for 30 days, however you can attend classes without booking and depend on the availabity of free spots in class. The number of faults is set to zero every 6 months. In case of emergency cal 915 01 22 66, and we cancel your booking without any penalty.
Studio UP! Porto may introduce changes to the timetable and cancel/add some classes within reasonable limits.
